A bureaucrat has more powers than an admin; for example, Bureaucrats can promote users to admin status, while admins cannot.
I don't like Vegeta as much, simply because after the Frieza Sagas he really became a whiner. That and, he was practically useless, save for when he fused with Goku.

Dragon Ball Z: The Forgotten - About a Saiyan boy who survived his planet's destruction. The story follows him on his journey to find reunite with Vegeta.
Dragon Ball Z: In Requiem - A short story about Kid Buu and his travels after he died, and found out that his power was given to Uub.
Dragonball KC - My attempt at satirical comedy. There's no real story to this one, lol.
Dragon Ball: Legacies - A collection of various untold stories in the DB universe. For example, there are stories of Broly's early years, King Cold's rise to power, Future Trunks vs. Babidi and Dabura, etc... Not all of them are written by me.
A Mother's Love (DBWI Story) - A story I wrote for the Dragon Ball What If project. This is written as a real world perspective of two DB employees mocking a young fan's email of a story idea to them.

Yeah, the first one is about a Saiyan boy. He was friends with Vegeta when they were both kids. He doesn't reunite with him, however, until after Buu. It's explained in the story, though, why my made up character (Ledas) doesn't age.
And I like Vegeta more as a villain.

Dragon Ball Z: The Forgotten is the one with Ledas. You can click on the blue links above above each chapter list (each saga) to get to each of the five different sagas, but if you need help, here is the first saga.
