Ultimo (Majin King)
Ultimo was a very powerful Saiyan, until he became a Majin. He was so powerful that the Majins wanted him to be their king. So he did. Ultimo was Vegeta's lost twin brother; and he was the most ruthless Saiyan of all, so they banished him as a child. But when he reached 18 years old, he realized something was missing, so he tried to find it. That decision led him to the Majin universe, where he became so powerful that nothing could stop him.
