Ms. Terumi is an Earthling and central character appearing in Dragon Ball: FG . She is initially the High School Teacher of Kona , but is later recruited and trained to become a Z Fighter.
Power[]
Due to Martial Arts training she received as a child, and regular exercise, Ms. Terumi is stronger than most average Earthlings, possessing an initial power level of 110 at her introduction to the series. While she is stronger than average Earthlings, she was still no match for Majin Buu when he came to bring Kona to the Lookout, bouncing harmlessly off of Buu when she attempted to kick him. However, when she later finds her way to the Lookout using Gohan's book as a guide, Arcus becomes impressed with her and resolves to train her as a Z Fighter.
