Cousin of Frieza and Cooler, Son of King Snowe. Icel is by far the powerfullest warrior of the unknown race of the colds. Icel has a power level of 3,200,000,000 to start with and gains more throughout the Icel Saga.
Icel is as ruthless as Frieza and likes to joke around before killing his victims. He rules the Northern Galaxy and Planet Nova, Icel came into contact with the dragon balls on the new planet Namek and wished Frieza, Cooler and King Cold back to life (not wanting immortality because Icel is the strongest in the universe).
Lord Icel vs. Vegeta[]
Vegeta encounters Icel as Vegeta and Frieza are fighting for the first time on earth. Vegeta beats him with ease as Frieza had not got any stronger but Icel challenges Vegeta afterwards. Icel beats up Vegeta and finishes him off with a Nova Blast.
Vegeta later gets healed by Dende and goes after Icel once again, During the fight with Icel again Vegeta becomes Super Saiyan 3 but still loses to Icel.
Icel vs. Goku[]
Goku rushes to the battle of Icel and Vegeta and comes just at the right time to stop Vegeta from his demise. Goku kicks Icel off Vegeta and changes to Super Saiyan form.
Icel senses a higher power level in Goku than Vegeta and chooses to make Goku a proposal. If Goku joins him, he will spare planet earth but if he declines the offer then earth with meet it's end. Goku declines and fights Icel. Goku ends up transforming into Super Saiyan 3 and uses the instant spirit bomb to bury Icel in rubble.
Super Icel vs. Super Saiyan 3 Gogeta & God Goku[]
As Icel was in the rubble, Goku and Vegeta used the fusion dance to fuse into Gogeta and activated his Super Saiyan 3 powers. Gogeta and Icel start fighting again learning that Gogeta can defeat him. Icel then tells Gogeta that he can transform into a more powerful state. Icel starts changing...he grows taller and his muscles gain more strength and his energy increases.
He becomes almost unstoppable with an over 5,000,000,000 power level. Gogeta's time runs out and the only option left is if Goku can transform into Super Saiyan God but he needs the powers of all super saiyans that arrive. Goten, Trunks, Gohan, Vegeta and Pan. Goku changes into Super Saiyan God and proceeds to fighting Icel.
Super Icel and Goku fight once again and Goku ends up killing him with a powerful energy sphere.
