Hyper Storm (超嵐, Chō Arashi) is an energy attack used by Nappa. To use it, Nappa puts both of his hands over his head and then creates a swirling whirlwind of ki which he can then guide with his hands towards his enemies. On impact, the small ki blasts will explode, but they can be replaced by Nappa as soon as this occurs.
