Tarragon in his Full Power form
Full Power is a form in which the user obtains mastery of their ki and is at their most powerful. Tarragon is the first to obtain this form as his mix of Saiyan and Tuffle blood sends him into a strange series of changes that ultimately render him in a state between SSJ3 and a state of pure rage that has no discernible features. Unlike other transformations, anything with ki is, in theory, able to obtain a state of full power. Tarragon's form being unique, it is often mistaken as the only form of Full Power when however many fighters in the DBR universe have obtained their own version of the form.
