Android 21 (人造人間21号, Jinzōningen Ni jūichi) is Dr. Gero's twenty-first android creation, designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku. She was stored in a spare lab of Dr. Gero's, and was not destroyed during the Z-Fighter's assault on the main lab. She was activated by the computer in that lab, but, due to Dr. Gero's demise, Android 21 follows her own wishes. Like 17 and 18, she was created from a human base, but it more Android than they are, as 18 was shown to age, Android 21 has lived since the 753 Age and has yet to age. She is an "unlimited power" type android.
